If you have to rive a lot during work day, have in mind several alternative paths in case of road blocks.<br />

<h3>What are the most common causes of urinary incontinence?</h3>
<p>Urinary problems occur when the bladder is too contracting too often. These contractions are not controlled and are provoked, for example, by the hand immersion in cold water or while listening to the sound of running water. This is called irritable urinary bladder.<br />
The urine leaks during physical load, although the desire to urinate isn’t expressed. Medically this is called urinary incontinence during physical exertion.<br />
Reasons for urinary incontinence often are complex. <span id="more-35"></span></p>
<h3>Which type of women suffers more often?</h3>
<p>• After the first birth &#8211; affected pelvic muscles.<br />
• During menopause &#8211; muscle weakness and hormonal disorders.<br />
• After the various pelvic and abdominal operations.<br />
• For young woman during the active physical training.</p>
<h3>What are the treatments? Which effective?</h3>
<p>Urinary incontinence is treated in a number of ways, and they are divided into two broad groups: conservative and surgical. Conservative are four types.</p>
<p>Widely used psychotherapy.<strong> T. N.A. Jeffcoate in 1966</strong> first described the treatment method, based on the bladder training. Recommended to fill in urinary calendar, relaxation, chats, hypnotic therapy.</p>

<p><strong>Innovative treatment</strong> &#8211; overactive bladder treatment with botulinum. If the medication does not work, the bladder muscle is injected with botulinum toxin. After the injection urination beomes scarce, bladder capacity increase, clearly improves quality of life</p>
<p>When conservative treatment methods are inefficient, surgical treatment methods are used.</p>
<p>Currently, the literature describes more than 200 different ways of bladder operations.</p>
<p><strong>Urology Centers</strong> perform two types of operation:</p>
<p>• open surgery;<br />
• minimally invasive surgery;<br />
During open operations bladder neck and urethra are returned to normal anatomical position.</p>
<p>Urology Centers also perfors minimally invasive surgery to treat female urinary incontinence. The world has already done about 1 million such operations.</p>
<p>It takes about half an hour, the results are good. Woman gets home after 2 days. 1 month after the surgery is recommended to abstain from sexual intercourse, do not exercise and avoid hard physical activities.</p>

<p><strong>To prevent the urinary problems:</strong></p>
<p>• avoid repeated urinary tract infections: swimming in cold water, not to freeze in cold weather,<br />
• watch the vaginal inflammatory;<br />
• after giving birth pay attention to urination problems,<br />
• avoid hard manual labor, smoking.</p>
